Cancellation & missed Appointment Policy

Cancellations

Chiropractic: Any appointments which are cancelled during the same day in which they are scheduled will be treated as a missed appointment, thereby subject to our missed appointment policy.

Massage: Massage appointments are often longer and we require at least 24 hours to alter them. Rescheduling within 24 hours of the appointment start time will incur a 50% fee. Appointments that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.

Nutrition: Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of their start time will incur a 50% fee.

Occupational Therapy: Occupational therapy appointments require a significant investment in time and paperwork from your practitioner. Canceled or rescheduled appointments with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Missed Appointments

Chiropractic: For standard and long consultations we allow a grace limit of 3 missed appointments within a 12 month period. Further missed appointments thereafter will be charged in full. For much longer initial consultations a grace limit of 1 missed appointment is allowed with future bookings requiring non-refundable prepayment.

Massage: Missed appointments will incur the entire fee for the appointment. Repeat occurrences may require prepayment to secure bookings.

Nutrition: Missed appointments will incur a 50% fee for the appointment. Repeat occurrences may require prepayment to secure bookings.

Occupational Therapy: Missed appointments will incur the entire fee for the appointment. Repeat occurrences may require prepayment to secure bookings.

Latecomers

All of the practitioners run a very tight schedule where patients are often scheduled back to back. If you are running late it will cut into your own appointment time and it is not fair if it then affects others appointments. Patients arriving more than 5 minutes late to their appointment will be treated as a missed appointment and will require a new booking.

After Hours Appointments

Occasionally our Chiropractors will offer appointments outside of their normal clinic times in order to clear some of their wait-list backlog. Often during busy periods new patients will find it difficult to secure timely appointments due to the longer nature of these consultations. These times will be unstaffed and the Chiropractor will be coming in on their day off, often sacrificing time with their families. Full prepayment is required to secure an after hours appointment and this will be made clear by our admin team when booking. This prepayment is non-refundable however we will happily reschedule the appointment to another time if given 24 hours notice. Missed or cancelled appointments will forfeit their deposits.
